This notice explains how North Investigations handles information submitted through this website. Arrangements for an investigation and the exchange of case material are discussed separately.

What you share

Our inquiry form requests your first name, last name, a safe email address, a practice area, and a general outline of your inquiry. Please do not submit passwords, financial account numbers, identification documents, private records, or evidence through this form.

Why we use it

We use the information you provide to review your inquiry, assess whether we can assist, and reply to you. Submitting an inquiry does not start an investigation or establish an engagement.

Where your inquiry goes

We use Resend to deliver your inquiry to our email inbox. Resend and our email provider process that information to deliver and store the message so we can respond.

Our hosting provider may process technical request information to deliver and operate the website.

To limit automated submissions, we use Upstash to hold a coded network identifier and request counts for up to 24 hours. Your inquiry message and contact details are not stored there. We record delivery-failure events without names, email addresses, or message contents.

Website analytics and AI

This website does not currently include advertising trackers or optional analytics scripts. The inquiry form does not send your message to an AI model for analysis.

Questions and requests

To ask about information you have submitted, or request a correction or deletion, contact us and mention your request. We may need to verify that a request relates to you before acting on it.

Sharing case material

This website form is for an initial conversation. We will discuss an appropriate way to exchange documents or other sensitive material if your inquiry moves forward.
